- ½ to 1 tsp Kaze Matcha (we love Pineapple Matcha for this one)
- 2 oz water (cold or room temp)
- 1 tbsp honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional)
- Juice of ½ lime (about 1 tbsp)
- ½ to 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice
- Fresh mint or basil for garnish (optional)

- Shake it up. In a jar or shaker bottle, combine Kaze Matcha, water, sweetener, and lime juice. Shake until smooth.
