At Kaze Human Performance, we stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We believe in what we make—and we want you to believe in it too. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
The Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your experience, we'll offer a refund or product replacement. That said, we do ask for two small things:
- Send us your feedback — We want to learn what didn’t work so we can improve. A short note to hello@getkaze.com will work.
- Share a photo of the product — Used or unused. Helps us with quality control and ensures we’re refunding the right product.
What’s Not Covered
- Orders past 30 days
- Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Repeat refund requests from the same customer (we love you, but we have to keep it fair)
