Single-origin ceremonial matcha from one family farm in Kagoshima, Japan. First flush, shade grown, stone ground, USDA organic. About 70 mg of caffeine per 2 g serving with the L-theanine still attached, so the lift is level instead of spiky. One ingredient: tea.

PREPERATION
